The schedules

Please bear with us while we update our site for 2024.

Created for vegan families

Family time

The Vegan Kids Festival was created for vegan families to spend quality time, making memories with your children, surrounded by like minded families and not having to worry about what you can eat!

New friends

It’s pretty hard for kids to fit in and for those of us choosing a vegan lifestyle there are extra challenges. Often our vegan children don’t see many other vegans, this can make them feel isolated. Let's empower them to feel part of something and make new friends.

Have fun

Our event is 'just for kids'. All the activities are designed with kids in mind, with lots of fun-filled activities, workshops and playtime. Full of new experiences safe in the knowledge that everything is vegan. You won't have to tell your kids they can't have that ice cream, or toast marshmallows on the fire, because THEY CAN!

Limelight

Our creative zone to showcase the talents and acts of young vegans under 25.

Jamboree

Our indoor party space, for fun games, live music, disco, entertainment and karaoke!

Play

Our outdoor area. Game, activities, workshops and much more.

Campfire

A great place to come together for traditional campfire games and roasting marshmallows.

Young Chefs

Our new zone. All things food and nutrition. Cookery demos, plant-based food lessons.

Teen Zone

Dedicated space for teens. Hang out and get involved with workshops and activism.

Tots Zone

A safe place with activities for our younger guests. Microwave and baby change.

Woodland

Get lost in nature. Outdoor zone for forest school, outdoor theatre, games and crafts.

The Retreat

Calming and relaxing. Come here for a well-being activity, including family yoga.

Vegan Village

Our food court and trader village. Eat, drink and experience new vegan products.

2023 festival merchandise

Our 2023 festival t-shirt was produced from an online t-shirt competition, which asked young people to submit designs.

These were then voted on by the public.

The Winner was Hallie-Anne Pugh, aged 13.

The design is available on t-shirts and hoodies, and you can still buy products from the 2022 festival.
